" Thou comest to me with a sword and a spear and a shield, but I come to thee in the name of the L-rd of Hosts, the G-d of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast humiliated..." (I Samuel, 17:45-47)

Jewish Israel - Simply the Best!

Jewish Israel is simply the best organisation out there taking the fight to the x-tian missionaries, and exposing those in the Jewish camp who are aiding them. They are doing the work that no one else can, and no one else will. Check out this link!

Bibi's Delusions

From the website of Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Could you imagine any Arab/Muslim country in the world that would post such demoralizing, suicidal, propaganda on their own government websites? Could you fathom the existence of any Arab/Muslim leader that would ever think such thoughts, let alone state them aloud?

This is the Likud. This is the face of their impotent and arrogant leader, Bibi Netanyahu, who thinks the Holy Land is his own private real estate plot to dole out to our enemies. With the Likud in power, Labor, Kadima, and Meretz can close shop and join the ranks. Its the same playbook. Fear of the Arabs. Fear of the x-tians. Fear of the E.U. , the U.N., and the U.S. Fear of the decrepit, shrunken Hillary who hates Israel with every fiber of her shriveled, rotting, body. Fear of the socialist, Arab loving Pharaoh, Barak Hussein Obama. (May their names and memories be erased!)

And yet no fear of The Almighty. Even worse, these fools spit at the heavens. The "best of the worst" are a disaster. Look at Danny Danon, whom the die-hard Likudniks like to tout as their messiah. Now he's openly joining forces with soul snatching missionaries, committed to the spiritual genocide of Am Yisroel.

With all of this insanity going on, and the state of the Jewish soul in such moral decay I pose the following question to the reader. Is Chanukah an ancient relic? Is there a place for the modern Maccabee in today's age?

I think so. And being a Jewish fundamentalist, I'm not afraid to say that there are only two options for the Jew to choose. The side of G-d or the side of baal.

I choose G-d. Rise up and fight.

"The Maccabeats" Revisited

I first wrote about the Maccabeats in December, when they posted their irritating Chanukah video on YouTube and registered an incredible amount of hits. I don't want to regurgitate my original post which addresses why I maintain that this "Jewish" boy-band constitutes a danger to Judaism, (not to mention, an affront to good music). If you're interested, check out, Hellenism Personified- the "Maccabeats" . But if there weren't enough reasons to dislike them, here's another one. And its a whopper.

As the author of "The Jewish Fist" blog, I keep tabs on various x-tian missionaries. During some recent research, I discovered to my horror that one missionary group in particular had posted the Maccabeats recent Purim video on their website. Heres' a screen capture of this outrage:

This is a standard tactic of the missionaries, who use any method to lure Jews. Deception, deceit, distortion, and downright lying. The use and obvious misuse of traditional Jewish symbols, stereotypes, humor, aspects of Jewish folk culture, and Jewish pop icons (such as the Maccabeats). Naturally, I immediately emailed the Maccabeats to apprise them of this development. I waited a few days, and when I hadn't heard from them, I sent another email. Still no response a week later. So I sent another email. And still I wait.

I am not suggesting that the Maccabeats are any way connected to, or supportive of missionaries. I don't believe that. What I am suggesting is that they aren't bothered when a notorious missionary group posts their Purim video on their website. I am suggesting that egotism coupled with a whopping mega dose of galuti "Torah Umada" and general screwed up deot has rendered them apathetic and disinterest to issues of genuine Jewish import, such as the blatant unauthorized misuse of one of their videos by missionaries to prey on Jewish souls.

Don' tell me that they haven't checked their email. Nonsense. The Maccabeats are performing across the U.S. at many Jewish events, (including private semachot) and without a doubt, they are making good money for their performances. They are the Jewish equivalent of the Backstreet boys, and they're not about to lose a gig because they forgot to check their email. They're reading their emails. They just don't give a damn.

Contact the Maccabeats and tell them that you give a damn: Phone #: (347) Phone #: (347) 836-9086 Email: info@maccabeats.com  And while you're at it, you can suggest some testosterone therapy. Maybe they could get a group rate.

The Maccabeats couldn't have a more ill-suited name. If the Maccabees had listened to this fruity garbage, they would've been killed on the battlefield. The Maccabeats themselves would have fared worse. With their effeminate music and mannerisms, they would have been made into dancing boys by their pederast Greek captors. It's ironic that the Maccabeats put out music videos for Jewish holidays, which commemorate the victory of the Jewish soul and body respectively, over our spiritual and physical oppressors. They haven't a clue about either festival. The Maccabeats epitomize the disease of American "modern-orthodoxy" which isn't content to merely wallow in the material mire of the diaspora, but even worse, celebrates it as a virtue.

Whether fighting those who would destroy our souls, or those who would cut our throats, the Maccabeats have nothing to offer young Jews, other than a whole lot of screwed up deot and distorted notions of gender identity. A word of advice for all Abas and would be Abas. Giving your son a Maccabeats CD is like giving him a Barbie doll (or Ken doll) for Chanukah. Do so at your own risk. And his.

Boycott the Maccabeats. Preserve the legacy of Purim and Chanukah.

As far as missionary groups such as the Rosh Pinah Project go, you already know my stance. See what the Torah states about idolaters. One who preys on the Jewish soul is like one who preys on the Jewish body. Both are types of vermin that need to be destroyed. With G-d's help, the day will soon come when the Law of the Torah is applied against them all. Totally, without compromise, and without any mercy. May we see it in our times.

"Brother Esau" (video footage)

David Haivri (Head of Shomron International Liason Office)
with Tommy Waller, a x-tian missionary.
Warning: The following is a segment of a video from the x-tian missionary group "Hayovel" (The Jubilee). As seen in this clip, the sneaky idolaters have found a way to infiltrate the Holy Land under the pretext of helping Jewish farmers with their fields and vineyards. Tragically many greedy Jewish farmers accept this halachically prohibited free labor, rather than employ Jews with an honest day's wages. The most outrageous thing of all is that these Jesus freaks are aided by "religious" Jews. At the end of this clip, we can see an outrageous example of this phenomenonDavid Haivri is a religious Jew who heads the Shomron International Liaison Office. Yet in this video, Haivri can be seen standing next to Tommy Waller (of the notorious missionizing Waller family, may their names and memories be blotted out!) encouraging (actually inviting) thousands of x-tians to join "The Harvesters." Is he out of his mind? How dare he invite these soul-snatching idolaters into the Holy Land! (Check out the link at Tomer Devorah to learn more about the malevolent Waller family.)

I was initially going to include an email from Tommy Waller in this post (it was forwarded to me), which betrays his diseased beliefs and intentions. His rambling email is littered with x-tian verses and pagan references as he implores an associate to bring more missionaries to Israel. (To the missionaries out there who fear that Jews have infiltrated their organizations, the answer is yes. From top to bottom.) I decided to omit the email after a friend reminded me of the Halachic problems involved in even posting the message due to the idolatrous "new testament" verses.
  • The Un-Kosher Part- "Hayovel" Missionary video
  • End of Un-Kosher Section.
The Jewish Fist Commentary: What does the Torah have to say about religious tolerance in the Holy Land? Were there calls to arrange interfaith-meetings with the Canaanites? Let's take a look at the authentic Bible.
Deuteronomy 12:3: "And you shall destroy their name from this place."
Judges 2:1-2: "'The angel of the L-rd came up from Gilgal to Bochim and said, "I made you go up out of Egypt, and have brought you unto the Land which I swore unto to your fathers, and I said....'You shall make no covenant with the inhabitants of the land. You shall smash their altars..."
Altar smashing? Pretty rough stuff.

If you are a spiritually healthy Jew who is unaffected by 2000 years of exile, this won't bother you. Of course, many Jews are upset by this. They have a name for it. Jewish fundamentalism. Let them take it up with The Almighty. When Jews are in control of the Holy Land, religious pluralism goes out the window. It has nothing at all to do with racism, which is repugnant to Judaism. It has to do with the unique mandate and mission of the Jewish people. In order to spread the knowledge of G-d to the world, we need to have that knowledge ourselves. That requires separation. We need to live alone and apart from the nations of the world. The Torah prohibits gentiles (even when they aren't preying on Jews) from living in Israel unless they accept the conditions of "resident strangers."  Even non-hostile gentiles (with the exception of "resident strangers") have a deleterious effect on the spiritual integrity of the Jewish people.

We have many enemies in Israel. On the one hand we have the Arab Amalekites who want to exterminate us. And then there are the spiritual Nazis who want our souls. Many religious Jews recognize the danger of the former, but not of the latter. An apparent lesion of the brain makes them forget 2000 years of mass slaughter, mutilation, and rape at the hands of Esau, who simply wanted us to kiss the cross. Now that the sword isn't an option (for the time being) they prey on us with love. Esau. Ishmael. They both want to destroy us. It's simple logic:
  • Jews without souls are worse off than the dead.
  • Jewish souls without Jewish bodies are usually six feet under the ground.
We don't need Esau to fight the Ishmaelites. We need to follow the Torah, and purify the land of both types of contagions. The nauseating spectacle of men with kipot (and even peyot!) and women with skirts and mitpachot dancing the hora with missionaries, is as egregious a chillul Hashem as is the failure to throw the Arabs out. Here is an important point to remember. Dancing with idolaters doesn't become kosher, even if the pious pagans put  up a  mechitzha (divider betweeen the sexes). That's akin to eating pork with shmura matzo

Shabbat Shalom.

Reflections On A Dead Missionary (audio)

A x-tian missionary was recently murdered. The fact that an Arab killed this pagan soul-snatcher should do nothing to detract from the fact that she was a wicked person who had no business being in our country in the first place. Personally, I will make a L'Chaim this Shabbat. And then I'll have another one. Spare me the grotesque portraits that the Leftist rags are painting of 'an innocent woman hiking in a Jerusalem forest'. I don't need anyone to explain to me who my enemies are. "Save me from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esau." That's from the only true testament there ever was.

After 2000 years of unsuccessfully trying to steal Jewish souls with the pagan cross, x-tianity finally discovered a far more successful tactic when dealing with Jews. The missionary. "Brother" Esau now preys on the most vulnerable Jews with a smile on his face and x-tian love in his heart. Here are my reflections on Judaism's authentic approach to missionaries, which explains why a Jew should rejoice whenever a missionary is killed. Judaism mourns the loss of all innocent lives, both Jew and gentile alike. But it celebrates the death of the wicked. And as I always like to say, - PC be damned! The Torah is the law eternal.

Shabbat Shalom.

Moshe Rosen - Murderer Of Jewish Souls

I often write about the physical threats facing the Jewish people both in Israel and abroad. Obviously, the Amalekites of the Arab/Islamic world are our # one foe, for the simple reason that they are committed to exterminating Jews. Nevertheless, the spiritual Nazis of the world are every bit as dangerous to the Jewish people. The x-tian missionaries who prey on Jewish souls are the face of this beast.

The founder of "Jews for The Dead Jew" is finally dead. Moshe Rosen (yemach shmo vzichro) was quite ill, and we can only hope that he endured years of unimaginable, mind-numbing pain before dying. I hope he screamed to his pagan deity who heard nothing and knew nothing of his plight, while he babbled and bit his pillow and screamed into the vast nothingness. Rosen was a bad fellow, the worst kind of Jew there is. A meshumad (apostate) who dedicated his life to luring other Jews to x-tian idolatry. "Jews for The Dead Jew" was the prototype for successful missionaries to follow, a crafty way to succeed where the x-tian sword could not. There are untold numbers of missionaries out there. In an ocean of sharks, he was the apex predator. The most dangerous foe has always been Esau "the brother." And apostate Jews have always been the worst form of Esau.

By any account (and one Jew lost is too many), Rosen was good at what he did. Armed with millions of dollars of evangelical money, Rosen had the power to peddle his poison across the entire world. The greatest Chillul Hashem (desecration of The Almighty's name) was that the Holy Land ("the Jewish State") became fertile territory to feast on the most vulnerable of Jews. The poor, the indigent, orphans, immigrants, and those who knew nothing of their faith. Israel was a place where corrupt politicians were easily bought off and the "laws" that were designed to protect Jews from missionaries, were conveniently ignored. Rosen was a menace. It's a shame that someone didn't kill him years ago.

You read the last sentence correctly. Judaism doesn't differentiate between those who slaughter Jews and those who slaughter our souls. We celebrate Chanukah to commemorate the physical revolt of the Maccabees against the Greeks, who waged war with the Jewish soul. Jewish liberals worship many idols. Freedom of speech. The right to choose. And so on. While Jewish liberals may or may not be troubled by missionaries, their overriding belief system is premised on the notion that a person has the right to profess what he believes, even if it means trying to convince other Jews to join their faith. Some Jiberals (Jewish liberals) are bothered by missionaries, but only because of the deceptive tactics that they use when they masquerade their wares as "messianic Judaism". Yahadut differs. While deception may be more insidious, ultimately it makes no difference. Whether covert or overt, the sin is the same. One who preys on Jewish souls deserves to be killed. The biblical injunction that "if one comes to slay you slay him first", applies not only to physical death, but also sexual assault, and spiritual death as well. That is why it is permissible (and indeed required) of a Jew to violate the Shabbat, if he/she knows that Jewish souls are in danger.

Occasionally in Israel, we read about a Jew who spits at a priest or group of nuns in Jerusalem's Old City. Its the kind of story you read about on Ynet or in The Jerusalem Post, and its meant to shock the reader, who presumably, is nursed on a daily diet of progressive, respectable, nonsense. The message is clear. Jewish extremism is on the rise, and religious zealots are committing "hate crimes." The shrill responses are as reliable as Pavlov's dogs and they come from all ends of the diseased Jewish spectrum. The same tired Leftist hysterics about rising Jewish extremism. The same nebbish Modern-orthodox pluralists, who ignore Maimonides and beat their breasts, while moaning about "the great desecration of The Almighty's name." Then these "Rabbinical" misfits meet with the "victims" and apologize for what happened to them on behalf of the Jewish people.
I find it difficult to call perpetrators of these acts extremists. Good Jews, without a doubt. But extremists? I would call them activists who had seen enough dangling golden crosses and nuns bustling about in our holiest city. Call it Jewish rage. One thing is clear. Spitting on idolaters in Israel is hardly the stuff of extremism. Not if you're honest about what the Halachah (Jewish Law) has to say.

Goyim Cannot Be In The Land:
There is a general obligation to "transfer" (or annihilate if you prefer the Sforno's interpretation) all gentiles who don't accept the Torah's conditions as Halachic "resident strangers". Hence the Torah's most basic premise is that other than the select "resident strangers", no gentile may not reside in the land. The Halachah is clear even when goyim aren't preying on Jews. Maimonides clearly states that in the Land of Israel, we have an obligation to actively hunt down and remove every vestige of idolatry and idol worship. This includes x-tians whom Maimonides considers to be idolaters. The source is Deuteronomy 12:3, "And you shall destroy their name from this place." Judges 2:1-2 also addresses this: "'The angel of the L-rd came up from Gilgalto Bochim and said, "I made you go up out of Egypt, and have brought you unto the Land which I swore unto to your fathers, and I said....'You shall make no covenant with the inhabitants of the land. You shall smash their altars..."

It may not be wise to physically attack missionaries today. But "wise" and "proper" are not always compatible or synonymous.Today it requires great mesirat nefesh (self-sacrifice) to do the things that according to Halachah really should be done. The Erev Rav (mixed multitude) will hunt you down. Obviously the only way to really do it properly is within the context of a Torah government (something "The Jewish Fist" is 100% committed to). But make no mistake about it, Yahadut maintains that those who prey on Jewish souls forfeit their lives. Hence, "The Jewish Fist" includes the following as part of it's preliminary platform to rehabilitate the Jewish State:

"Missionaries and cults will be prohibited from entering the country. Prosletyzing will result in long term imprisonment and/or state sanctioned death."

Moshe Rosen was a spiritual contagion. We will never know the total impact of his sins. How many souls did he steal? Thousands? Tens of of thousands? Perhaps more. All of them misguided Jews who abandoned a Judaism they knew nothing about and embraced the cross. Many went on to steal souls of their own. Cursed be Rosen's name, and the name of anyone and everyone associated with him. In accordance with our custom, we celebrate the death of this malignancy.

L'Chaim!

Shlomo Riskin's Insane Statements

A brief word on Shlomo Riskin's recent heretical statements about "rabbi" Jesus, as he most recently referred to the screwball Jew who caused so much damage to the Jewish people and the Jewish faith. As I noted in my recent post about Shlomo Riskin, "More Heresy From "Rabbi" Shlomo Riskin", not only were his statements halachically and hashkafically contrary to yahadut, I maintained that missionaries were going to have a field day using his demented ramblings to lure more Jews into the clutches of the x-tian faith.

I hate to say I told you so. It required no particular ingenious insight on my part to see what was coming. Common sense. The most rudimentary search on the Internet turned up a handful of results from "x-tian-messianic" groups praising Riskin's comments. I'm not going to link to them (out of concern that some misguided Jew may lose his way), but I will post one comment I found, to illustrate that Riskin's statements weren't merely misunderstood or ill-advised. The Almighty alone knows how many Jews will lose their way as a result of his remarks. Here's an example of one soul-snatcher who was impressed with what Riskin had to say:

Riskin says that he was ‘truly fascinated’ by Jesus, and considers him a ‘model rabbi’, who lived the life of a Jewish rabbi in Israel. Riskin’s language is honest and refreshing, and his words strengthen the Messianic Jews in Israel immeasurably, proving that respect for Jesus and a Jewish identity are not at all incompatable. Whilst Riskin does not believe in Yeshua as the divine Messiah of Israel, his words are a comfort to Christians and Messianic Jews who treasure Yeshua as a Jew and as a rabbi. In 2008, Time Magazine identified Jesus’ Jewishness as one of the top ten ideas that would change the world. Rabbis like Shlomo Riskin are helping to bring about such a change.

This is what Shlomo Riskin has wrought on the Jewish people. He's come a long way from his days as the Rabbi of the "Wink-and-Stare" synagogue. G-d protect us from the "Chief Rabbi of Efrat." (I almost typed "Chief Rabbi of Arafat." Talk about a near Freudian slip.) A man who professes to be an orthodox Rabbi and speaks like a card-carrying member of "Jew for jesus."

Shlomo Riskin Makes A Retraction: Again!

Shlomo Riskin recently retracted certain statements about "jesus" and x-tianity. Again. This is his second apology in under a year's time, for words that were "misinterpreted." Remember the first time he spoke like a bona fide missionary? The first video featured a smiling Riskin gobbling about how the x-tians are "grafted" onto the Jewish branch, and some other insane ramblings about "resurrecting god." Statements right out of the missionary textbook. Absolute heresy.

His explanations are predictable. The same garbage about how he was taken out of context, and how his full statement was altered. We're supposed to buy that his words were taken out of context? What does he expect from missionaries when he uses the term "rabbi jesus"? (May his bones be ground to dust!) Nothing he says should change anything. Knowing what makes Riskin tick, I say with certainty that he'll do it again in the future.

This is too serious an issue to chalk up to carelessness. Riskin is an educated man who learned under Rav Soloveitchik, with the logical and analytical framework of the Brisker Derech. He knows how halachically problematic his statements are. The only logical explanation there is, is that he's doing it on purpose. He must like the attention he's getting for his radical views that are out of the ballpark of conventional Jewish thought.

So let's give him our undivided attention, those of us committed to the basics of yahadut. Here's an opportunity to show the world "achdus" (unity) in action, by uniting on an issue that should be understood across the Torah divide, from the soup kitchens of the Satmar community to the halls of Yeshiva University. If Riskin can't accept the fundamentals of Judaism which reject x-tianity as an idolatrous weed, then he needs to be vomited out from the Torah committed camp before he contaminates more Jewish souls.

In his latest video, Riskin babbles about his interest in religion in general and x-tianity in particular. Perhaps he should start with some basic history, about those heroic Jews in the times of the Crusades who slaughtered their families and themselves, rather than kiss the cross. Hysterical fathers with tears in their eyes and broken hearts did the unimaginable to protect the Jewish soul, when they placed the sword upon the throats of their loved ones. Such mesirut nefesh (self-sacrifice) epitomizes the only authentic Jewish approach in a time of shmad. Fawning over idolaters is akin to spitting on the Torah and the legacy of these martyrs.

A most grotesque desecration of The Almighty's name was committed by the "Chief Rabbi of Efrat". An abomination which was captured on video (just like the first) and posted on Youtube. Now it's out there on the world wide web. Forever. (As an aside, it really raises some troubling questions about the possibility for proper repentance. I'll save that discussion for another time.)

Shame on you, Shlomo Riskin. Every Torah committed Jew understands that something is wrong here, everyone besides yourself. If you can't act like a Rabbi, why don't you resign from your post and join the Hartman Institute, where you're words won't be misunderstood. I'm sure Duvie will welcome you with open arms.

Shabbat Shalom.

More Heresy From "Rabbi" Shlomo Riskin

WARNING: THE FOLLOWING VIDEO CONTAINS UN-JEWISH HERETICAL NOTIONS THAT ARE DANGEROUS TO THE JEWISH SOUL. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

It seems that the most prominent leaders of "modern-orthodoxy," Haskel Lookstien, Avi Weiss, and Shlomo Riskin, are having a contest to see who can desecrate G-d's name the most. In their own distinct style, each one is leading their followers into the abyss by engaging in one form or another of "interfaith-dialogue." Ironically, all three profess to be students of Rav Soloveitchik, of blessed memory. I can say with 100% certainty that the "Rav" would be tearing kriyah if he saw this. Rav Soloveitchik was always consistent in his stated position that Jews are prohibited from engaging in any form of religious discussion, debate, or dialogue with members of other faith communities. His so-called students are trampling upon their Rebbe's p'sak Halachah.
Shlomo Riskin's love affair with x-tians is absolute madness. It seems that all he does these days is make videos where he fawns all over them. He even sounds like a missionary when he refers to the dead Jew as "rabbi jesus" and uses such ideologically dangerous terms as "branches" (or "grafting" as he did in a previous video) that are laden with x-tian associations. I'll bet the missionaries are having a field day. Videos such as this are surely being translated and distributed by the thousands to misguided Jews, who are now being told by an "orthodox rabbi" that the accursed one (may his bones be crushed to dust!) was also a "rabbi."

It's impossible to remain silent when yahadut is being rolled through the mud by supposed men of Torah. Not only is everything and anything related to "jesus" un-kosher, it is the epitome of chillul Hashem. There is no commonality whatsoever between Judaism and any other faith on earth. Not one iota of commonality exists with a lunatic theology that stole it's basic motifs from the pages of the most ancient pagan books and worships a pagan man-god. There is no common ethic between yahadut and a theology that believes that only by blindly accepting the dead one as a savior can we find salvation. The x-tian faith is a blatant rejection of the Noachide covenant. They are idolaters. Is Riskin such a child that he cannot see through the ruse of these sneaky people, who support Israel solely because they believe the "second coming" is upon us?

May The Almighty grant Jews the wisdom to see these dangerous men for who they are, and the courage and strength to combat them, before they destroy more Jewish souls. The day will come when Shlomo Riskin will have to answer for his original support of the Oslo Accords that resulted in so much Jewish bloodshed. Now he has another sin to answer for. The destruction of untold numbers of Jewish souls, that will surely result from his insane love-fest with the descendants of Edom.

While the Arab Amalekites continue to try to wipe us out, the missionaries are enjoying unprecedented success in their eternal war with the Jewish soul. Tragically, the physical and spiritual enemies of Judaism are being aided by so many representatives of the "modern-orthodox" mixed-multitude, who use their pulpits to help them carry out their insidious plans. With Chief Rabbis such as these, who needs enemies?

Yona Metzger: Chief Rabbi/Druze Defender

Israel's High Priest of Hellenism has an uncanny ability for trampling on the Torah. In response to Rabbi Aviner's recent declaration that the Halachah prohibits non-Jews from serving in the IDF (boker tov, Rabbi Aviner ), "chief rabbi" Yona Metzger ascended the pulpit to defend the many Druze who tragically serve in the army. (Halachah wasn't going to interfere in interfaith relations with his beloved Druzim.) One usually expects a chief rabbi to defend his position by citing Torah sources. Being that there are no sources that permit Druze to reside in the land, let alone serve and command Jewish troops, Metzger went a different route when he babbled the following incoherent and shocking statement:

"The question of the Druze's participation in the Israel Defense Forces, in all ranks and levels and with equal rights and responsibilities – has already been determined by the defense authorities and the military. We must not involve other considerations of tangled halachic complexities in this security matter."

What tangled halachic complexities? Where the hell did this man get his smicha? The Halachah is crystal clear. The Rishonim all agree that no gentile (including Druze) can reside in the land without accepting tribute and servitude. Forget about fighting in the army. They can't even be in charge of water distribution. Read the Rambam.

Metzger reminds me of those creepy maskilim who used to infiltrate the yeshivas because they had beards and knew how to talk the talk. Don't let the l'vush and long beard confuse you. Halachah doesn't matter to Metzger. I haven't heard anything from him about the Christian-Russian TV station that will soon be coming to Israel. One would expect the insidious intentions of missionaries to trouble a chief Rabbi? A tumbleweed just blew past me while I waited for Metzger's comment.

I'm sure a few dolts out there are asking themselves, how can he speak that way about Israel's Chief Rabbi? Simple. He's not my chief Rabbi. I never voted for him. My chief Rabbi wouldn't spit on the Torah.

*One final point. Rabbi Aviner needs to be taken to task for not being consistent. After citing Maimonides as his source that non-Jews may not serve in the IDF, he went on to say that the Druze should do national service instead. The Rambam makes it clear that tribute and servitude, along with the adoption of the Seven Noachide Laws are a prerequisite for even living in the land.
