Richard Goldstone-Enemy of Israel: Part 2

Despite the hopes of naive Jews that the accursed Richard Goldstone would call for the nullification of his libelous report, Goldstone has since squashed any such notion. Is this Eli Yishai's idea of t'shuvah? This traitorius Shas imbecile needs to go away. How dare he invite an enemy of the Jewish people to Israel! Yishai truly represents the Shas ideology. Corrupt, incompetent, and the epitome of a chillul hashem.

 The pompous and pretentious Allan Dershowitz can step off his podium now. In the world of hellenized Jewry, Dershowitz is your ticket to respectability. First he vilified Goldstone (deservidly so, but for the wrong reasons), and then in light of Goldstone's recent statments he practically pardoned him. Now what, Allan? Presumably, another editorial to temper the last one. Dershowitz is a wishy-washy moronic Hellenist who has his head screwed on wrong. 

And then of course we have the recent JPost article from Shmuley Boteach, "Goldstone's Apology, Samatha Power's Problem with Israel", where Shmuley shows us once again, that he has no understanding of any issue pertaining to the Jewish people:

South Africans are among the world’s proudest Jews, and most ardent Zionists. So it was understandable they would detest Goldstone, viewing him a man who engaged in a blood libel against the Jewish state to enhance his standing at the UN. 

I have personally never agreed with this assessment of Goldstone, seeing him instead as a man so full of his own pomposity and self-righteousness as to be utterly blind to simple notions of right and wrong. Like Jimmy Carter before him, Goldstone is one of those well-meaning, nobly-motivated buffoon whose view of morality is that whichever party is without tanks and an air force must be the party that is just.

Yishai, Dershowitz, and Boteach. Three very different Jews who each live in their own world, entirely divorced from authentic Torah ideals. Consequently, none of these mental misfits will ever understand Goldstone. Richard Goldstone is an "informer" and a "pursuer" according to the Halachah.  And if Israel had any self-respect, they would send the Mossad to snuff this worm out. Make it look like a heart-attack. Whatever. Just silence him forever.

B7 and Ashkelon: In The Cross-hairs Again

Terror From The Sky



Hamas launched another Grad rocket at Israel this morning. For those who don't know, Grad rockets are even more destructive than the already lethal Kassam rockets. (Pat Buchanan (ye'mach sh'mo v'zichro) may disagree, but the aging Silver-Shirt nazi lacks the cajones to put his money where his mouth is and  spend a month or two in S'derot. As an aside, I would encourage people to fire Kassams at Buchanan's house. In the absence of that, I hope G-d gives him a painful, terminal disease.) The latest rocket hit the town of Be'er Sheva. Last night a Grad rocket hit Ashkelon. Thank G-d no one was killed, although the attack on B7 reportedly left one person moderately wounded. Most likely, from shock. The left wouldn't tolerate one Kassam on Haifa or Tel Aviv. But S'derot is expected to tolerate this insane nightmare as a day-to-day way of life.


It shouldn't matter whether the target is the economically depressed and impoverished town of S'derot, which has a dearth of people with Ph'd's in "Post-Zionism", the cradle of elitism in Haifa or Tel Aviv, or some empty barracks in the rural Negev.  Every rocket that Hamas launches at Israel is an act of war that warrants their annihilation. And they are growing bolder every day. They thumb their noses at Bibi and continue to reign terror on the South, while our clueless PM responds with muted military actions that amount to nothing. And then he has the gall to publicly apologize to the Arabs and the rest of the antisemitic world for accidentally hitting "civilians." Bibi learned nothing from Purim this year. There was no t'shuva g'mura (or otherwise) for him. The lesson of Purim is clear. Kill Amalek or be killed. Drown Gaza in blood and fire or face extermination. There are no innocent civilians among Amalek. Gaza should be seen as one big bullseye to pound until nothing breathes. From the North, South, East, and West, Israel is under siege from her enemies. Within and without. Soon there will be sirens throughout the country. Wailing day and night as rockets from the north, south, and beyond reign death and destruction upon our heads.





Pesach is almost upon us, and we have another opportunity to absorb critical Torah lessons, about authentic  "Jewish freedom", (which isn't a celebration of liberty per-say, but about liberation from man) and Jewish vengeance. We celebrate the opportunity and obligation to proudly wear the yoke of Heaven and become servants of Hakadosh Baruch Hu. And yes, we celebrate the destruction of past enemies and call for further vengeance against today's nations who continue to slaughter Jews and spit at the Heavens. The classic statement of chazal articulates this idea in the Haggadah.

Feiglin's Next Move

We've all heard the rumors about Moshe Feiglin leaving the Likud. If and when that happens, I'll have a lot on my mind that I'll have to unburden. Let's just wait and see before we react. Frankly, its a no-brainer. What other choice does Feiglin have, if he wants to retain any credibility at all? In a sense he has "a damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation." I just hope we don't have a crisis of "Feiglinites" jumping off the bridge, if and when their savior admits that his policy was a mistake.

Somehow, I don't think thats going to happen. Knowing Feiglin, he'll spin it so that he's the victor. Then we'll have to wait for his next move. In the meantime, I'm going to give him the courtesy to gather his thoughts and present them to the public. Then we''ll jump on him. Unless of course, he's done t'shuvah, and admitted his mistakes. Let's just wait and see.

A brief word on those savage Yassamnikim capos that beat up a Rav the other day. My blood was boiling when I read about it. It's just like Europe. Where do they recruit these animals? When judgement day arrives, those sadistic thugs are going to know the real meaning of pain. The Almighty will not tolerate the desecration of His Name indefinitely. Without a doubt, Barak is the fiend that unleashes these dogs on Jews time and time again. But Barak wouldn't be anything if Netanyahu hadn't bargained with this sadist and given him the authority. Last I heard, the Likud won the last election. So Netanyahu is just as culpable whenever these animals beat the living daylights out of Jews, and violently molest religious girls for the pure thrill of degrading and debasing them. Once again, the hypocrites of the Left (and Netanyahu is every bit the Leftist) have proven, that they have a monopoly on incitement and violence against other Jews. In fact, whenever you hear them complain about religious incitement or "right-wing" extremism, you can be certain that the Yassamnikim capos are getting ready to crack open some Jewish skulls.

Hopefully in this world, but surely in the next, the current leaders of the "mixed multitude" are going to learn one way or another that The Almighty rules the earth, and that maggots such as themselves are merely scurrying around on borrowed time. May we see justice served in accordance with the Torah, before the next chag, when we celebrate the gift of the Torah.

On Jewish Remembrance

What has Yom HaZikaron become? A day of remembering our fallen soldiers, but forgetting why they fell. Remembering those who paid the ultimate price, but forgetting who killed them. A day of commemorating the concept of sacrifice, but forgetting the nature of the sacrifice. A day of solemn military ceremonies, haunting songs, sirens, and of little else. Not a day of remembrance, but one of forgetting the most important lessons of all. That the Arab and Islamic savages are still trying to kill us. That they want to flood the streets of Tel Aviv with a sea of Jewish blood, as surely as they want to massacre every Jew living in Judea and Samaria.

The Siren Wails:

I knew that the siren would go off at any moment, and yet as always, its sudden onset was somewhat startling. Instinctively I jumped to my feet like a puppet and stood silently, listening to its mournful wailing which sent goosebumps across my body in a visceral response. As I stood, I reflected on the important lessons that the erev rav (mixed multitude) purposely denies the Jewish schoolchildren of Israel. Not only on this solemn day, but on every day of their education, which is really a process of Leftist brainwashing.

Judaism abhors the spectacle of meaningless ritual. If a siren of remembrance fails to jar the senses like a shofar and act as a catalyst for introspection and repentance, then as far as yahadut is concerned, it is worse than a waste of time. Without a doubt, we have a Jewish obligation to remember the dead, but that alone is insufficient. We need to remember the following Jewish lessons that "The Ministry of Indoctrination" denies our children:

• The Land of Israel is ours. All of it. The Almighty gave it to us, and although we were punished for our sins with the destruction of the Temple and our dispersal across the world, He has returned it to us. We have no right to relinquish any part of it.

• The Holy Land is under assault by the hordes of Ishmael and Esau. We face the battles of Purim (a genocidal enemy) and of Chanukah (a spiritual enemy) at the same time. And while our enemies rip and tear at us, the mixed multitude hunts us down and ties our hands.

• The Arab/Islamic world is the face of Amalek. Nazis of the worst kind. To call them animals is to misunderstand what an animal is. Animals are biologically hard-wired to be creatures of instinct. There are no evil animals even among the most predatory of species. Men (and women) who shake off every semblance of humanity and don the death mask of Amalek, have nothing in common with animals. We face nothing less than an enemy who wants to exterminate us solely because we are Jews.

• There are no moderates in the Arab/Islamic world. The so-called peace treaties with Egypt and Jordan are a twisted joke. Read what the pig of Jordan has to say about us. Much like his father, this bloodthirsty Jew-hater can barely mask his hatred. He would love nothing more than another war with an Israel that is significantly weaker than it was the last time around. The citizens of Egypt and Jordan would both relish another war with us.

• Our leaders are sick men with diseased souls. The fat-faced Ehud Barak had the gall to defile the memory of the fallen soldiers by using the day as a stage to call for a "palestinian" (myths don't get capitalized) state. Our Minister of Defense. Bibi Netanyahu visits the grave of his martyred brother (may G-d avenge his blood). For what purpose? He continues to supply weapons to the same group of savages that murdered his brother. All in the name of "peace".

Meaningless Ceremony?

Across the country, schoolchildren attended powerful ceremonies today. They were reminded of the thousands of Jewish soldiers who fell in battle, but no mention of the enemy who killed them. Instead they brainwash the innocent with the insanity of "Peace Now" and the lie that "most Arabs (perhaps most of them) want peace." And after years of this insidious indoctrination, the State will hand them each a gun and send them off to die, as they face an enemy they will never understand. Many will actually feel empathy for the enemy, and show mercy to the merciless on the battlefield.

As I listened to the siren, I thought of wailing mothers and fathers, of brothers and sisters groaning in agonizing pain, as their loved ones are lowered into the earth prematurely. This is the lesson of the day. I thought of the animals who killed these heroes. I thought about Samson and King David, and of the principles of Jewish vengeance that we must internalize, if we are to erase every manifestation of chillul Hashem that stains the Holy Land. I thought of the burning desire a Jew must feel to avenge his slaughtered brothers and sisters.

The war against the L-rd and the Am Hanivchar (Chosen People) continues. Certainly, we must pay homage to those who sanctified The Almighty's name in the fight against Amalek. We also have an obligation to remember that they were killed not only by the fiends of Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, but also by the so-called "moderates" of Egypt and Jordan, who read Mein Kampf in the coffee houses of Cairo and Amman, the way normal people read fiction in Starbucks. Moderates who firmly believe (with the passion of a Polish man) that we drink blood and control world finance.

I call upon thoughtful Jews to return to the Torah and absorb its timeless lessons. To learn that authentic Jewish notions of "love" and "peace" have no commonality with the distorted versions going around that present themselves as Jewish. As Jews we have an obligation to hate the wicked. We are commanded to cultivate hatred and rage in our hearts against all the enemies of G-d and the children of Israel. Hatred for all our enemies, whether it be those who snatch Jewish souls in the streets of Jerusalem and Beersheva, or the Arab and Islamic hordes who wear the Mufti's death mask. A desire for blood-lust against the enemies of the Almighty is the most Jewish of ways to remember the fallen.

On the day that the sword of Jewish vengeance has fed and satiated itself on the blood of the wicked, when evil is destroyed for all eternity, on that day we will merit the coming of the Messiah. Only then may we pound our weapons into farm tools. Until that day, we have a fight on our hands. And no quarter may be given in the war with Amalek.

The siren of remembrance reverberated across the land today. When you heard it, were you driven by a desire to avenge the deaths of our fallen soldiers and sanctify The Almighty's name? Did the piercing cry of Yom HaZikaron remind you that our leaders are making deals with the same monsters who wear the mask of moderation while they grasp concealed daggers? If not, did you really hear the siren at all?

Yom Haatzmut is upon us. We need to avoid the terrible mistake of the chareidim who ignore the miracles that Hakadosh Baruch Hu performed for us (though we were and remain unworthy of them), as surely as we must avoid the idol-worship of mamlachtim who turned a sinful Hellenistic entity into the Kingdom of David. We need to be careful in our celebration, so that it remains one that is guided by the undiluted Halachic truth. Our prayers need to be for a true Jewish state to arise, one that is committed to Torah law and the sanctification of The Almighty's name. Nothing less than a genuine theocracy based upon Torah.

Yom Hoshoah: The Call of the Siren (An Old Post)

One thing is clear. Yom Hashoah was created by (and for) misguided Jews (many of them well-intended), who required the spectacle of solemn ritual to commemorate the Holocaust. Unlearned people (many who opposed Torah) created a national day of mourning in the month of Nissan. For what purpose?We already have a day of collective mourning that was designated to commemorate every major tragedy in Jewish history. We call it Tisha Ba'av. An unpleasant day, when we recreate the horrors of the past and repent. A time to absorb Jewish lessons, and return to The Almighty, lest another horror befall us.

Flawed as the day is, only an automaton is unaffected by the blaring of the siren that sounds throughout the country. If only the siren stood for something more. With this in mind, I am reposting a piece that I wrote last year, immediately after hearing the siren sound for the first time. It conveys my immediate feelings and the reflections that followed.

I heard the siren go off this morning. Not the code red siren of an incoming rocket, thank G-d, although we will surely be hearing those again in the future. The siren of Yom Hashoah. As the siren moaned it's mournful reminder, I listened carefully and reflected on that dark period in history when the human monsters of Europe devoured my brothers and sisters. I conjured up images of nightmares. Mountains of Jewish bones. Furnaces black with Jewish ash. Skeleton men staring at the living. Pictures of screams, tears, and Hell. Six and a half million Jewish men, women, children, infants, and fetuses, exterminated by European Amalekites. I reminded myself of the promise of Jewish fire and blood. Never Again. An oath I will keep until my last breath.

Obsessed as I am with Jewish survival, I cannot help but note the irony. The siren is meant to remind us of an unimaginable nightmare that became real. While the siren screams at us, the insanity of Oslo continues, a madness that guarantees another Shoah in our times, Heaven forbid. Israel's leaders continue to supply weapons and money to Fatah. While the siren blares its somber message, the jackals with citizenship destroy the country from within. The "Israeli-Arab" also hears the siren. It means nothing to him.

Abdul the citizen hates Jews. He hates Israel and he hates Yom Hashoah. He doesn't hate the Holocaust. Abdul thinks the Holocaust was a great thing. Hitler, the Mufti, Arafat, these are his heroes. The siren annoys him terribly, but he derives comfort from the fact that things are rapidly changing in Israel. The Jews are destroying themselves with unprecedented speed, and if things continue as they are, there will be no siren in the near future.

Abdul understands the math. Demographics guarantees an Arab majority in the future, even if Israel imports another million non-Jews from Europe. His wife Hanan knows that the Israelis are tired of fighting. The two of them will have many children who will have many children of their own. They will teach these children that the dream of "palestine" is becoming reality.

Haziz knows that when the Knesset has a substantial number of Arabs, the country will drastically change. The infrastructure will completely break down, while the Jewish political parties eat each other alive. There will be pogroms against Jews to rival those of the 20's and 30's. This is a pleasant thought for him. Many Jews will leave, and those who haven't will wish that they had. Haziz waits patiently. He will also have many children and he will raise them to be proud Arabs. He will teach them to dream the Jewish nightmare.

While Israel's enemies grow stronger and bolder, the might of the IDF is tempered by the cowardly politicians, and a frightened populace that has learned to accept the unacceptable. The neighboring Islamic/Arab countries are carefully observing what is happening. They have seen the debacles of Lebanon II and the self-imposed defeat of the war in Gaza. And it is not just Iran and Syria. Take a look at the Egyptians who practice shooting down Israeli planes in mock military drills. Peace with Egypt? Of course there is. Try visiting Cairo with a kipa or Magen David.

The siren is like a shofar. The purpose of a shofar is to jar your senses, and to make you reflect on the past, present, and future. I heard a shofar this morning. Very moving. But utterly meaningless if it doesn't wake us up. I don't know if Bibi heard the same siren that I heard.

I heard the siren today. I listened and I repeated the vow to myself. I remember what Amalek did and I will never forget. I also know that the bastards show up in every generation, and that the Mufti's children are salivating.

Return to G-d.

(IsraelNN.com) An unprecedented situation occurred Monday night when the Takanah Forum released a statement to the general media accusing Rabbi Moti Elon of immoral behavior and of having violated the terms of the agreement it had consequently made with him.

Takanah Forum is a council formed in 2003 to deal with issues of non-criminal sexual harrassment within the religious-Zionist community in a discreet Halakhic [Jewish legal] manner, following the passage of a Knesset law against such harrassment in 1998. It includes rabbinic personalities such as Rabbi Aharon Lichtenstein of Yeshivat Har Etzion, Rabbi Yehoshua Shapira of Yeshivat Ramat Gan, Rabbi Elyakim Levanon of Yeshivat Elon Moreh, and Rabbi Yuval Cherlow of Yeshivat Petach Tivkah, and public personalities and academics Prof. Yedidya Stern, Mr. Benny Lehman, and Malka Pietrokovsky. The Jewish Fist Commentary: I'm not impressed with the Takanah Forum. The Forum (which features several distinguished Rabbonim on it's council) had an Halachic obligation to warn the public about Motti Elon several years ago, when they first confirmed the allegations against him. Instead of dealing with the problem, they gave him a tap on the wrist and "exiled" him to the North, where he went on to abuse other people. The Forum isn't acting courageously, as some would have it. After the decision to bury the scandal blew up in their faces, they had no choice but to come clean with the public and issue a formal warning against him.

They Takanah Forum should be ashamed of themselves for endangering the public. Psychology 101. Sexual abusers continue their abusive behavior. They can't be trusted. They are manipulative. They'll say anything. It's not like they exiled him to Siberia, where he would have no one to molest but the reindeer. They sent him to another part of the country, where apparently he still felt the need to indulge in his monstrous behavior. How could they make such an insane decision? The answer can be found in the Forum's recent written statement:

“We acted out of great awareness of three factors: Primarily to help the victims and prevent future cases of this nature; our obligation towards Rabbi Elon, as towards anyone who is the subject of such complaints; and the important status of Rabbi Elon in both the religious-Zionist public and Israeli society in general, his wide-ranging Torah teaching, and the many acts of kindness and charity that he did during his life"…

How will this make us look?

The Forum's carefully worded spin is a distortion. The clever verbiage paints the false picture of an organization that was concerned about tarring the reputation of an innocent man. This contradicts their assertion that the evidence against Elon was overwhelming. This is what happened. A group that was formed to deal with precisely these kinds of problems, ignored the Halachic imperative to protect other Jews, when they gave Motti Elon a free pass and sent him to the North.

Go North! The insane call of prominent Rabbis and academics who were afraid of warning the public, out of fear that the prestige of the religious-Zionist movement might take a hit. (I suggest that the movement took a greater hit by this foolish and dangerous decision, which also constitutes another Chillul Hashem.) Jewish law defines this guy as a walking "mazik", a lunatic with a rifle roaming the streets. Their concern for the honor of this fiend and "the Hesder movement" in general should have been irrelevant. Their concern for a human predator and the movement he led was a slap in the face to his victims, and a guarantee that there would be more. And there were. Their hands are stained with the "blood" of whatever sins transpired.

Yahadut can survive when a spokesman engages in sin. Truth doesn't change just because a messenger proves unworthy, or even deplorable. What yahadut cannot tolerate is when the colleagues of such a despicable man try to cover-up his sins, to protect him and whatever movement he represents. Ironically, some of these same individuals were the first to engage in histrionic breast-beating in recent years, when certain individuals from within the hesder movement decided to take matters into their own hands (based upon their understanding of Jewish concepts) and engaged in provocative actions. Yigal Amir comes to mind as the most prominent example. The cries of "what have we done wrong?" were a shrill cacophony that wouldn't let up. Perhaps the time has come for these same individuals to step back, introspect, to assess the following:

• How could such a predator arise from the ranks of the hesder movement and assume such a leadership position?

• What processes could have exposed this behavior sooner?

• To what effect might the judgement of members of the Forum on this and other unrelated issues in the past been clouded by an unbridled desire to defend the tenets of mamlachti religious-Zionism and it's institutions?

• What culpability might they have for allowing this monster to relocate in the midst of an unknowing community, where he continued to engage in his obscene behavior?

Lest anyone think that we have an obligation to give Elon the benefit of the doubt, I propose that an innocent man would never have agreed to pick up and go into exile, unless he was caught in the act. Elon's failure to publicly fight the charges is contrary to the psychology of an innocent man. He has nothing to say because he's guilty. The fact that so many of his deluded students are out in full throng trying to defend this man should not surprise us. People find it hard to abandon their idols. What should speak volumes though is that many (not all, of course) of these supporters are not only denying the charges, but are actually belittling them. This exposes that they have diseased souls to accompany their brain-washed minds.

What really irks me is when other mamlachti priests come out with calls for the Forum to 'turn down the heat on Elon'. These frauds have the nerve to lecture us on the nature of "human frailty" and the nature of repentance (what repentance?), as if Elon's sins were merely between him and G-d. Elon is a predator whose presence on the street constitutes both a physical danger and a danger to the sanctity of the Jewish camp. His past accomplishments are irrelevant. Equally sickening (though not surprising) are the homosexual advocates (queer vultures) who see this scandal as a convenient opportunity to spout their Sodomite talking points.

The chillul Hashem of a prominent "rabbi" engaging in this filth is beyond comprehension. The added chillul Hashem of Rabbis and religious academic scholars making such a foolish decision and endangering people is equally shocking. What we have seen time and time again, is that neither the chareidi nor the "modern-orthodox" world have had the guts to confront the problem of sexual abuse within the religious community. The leaders have repeatedly failed to deal harshly with these predators. There are too many Baruch Lanners and Leib Troppers (may their names and memories be erased) in both camps. The name of G-d is publicly disgraced each time these stinking weeds aren't destroyed, the moment they are identified.

As cognitive beings, we have an obligation to process the information that is being presented to us with the Forum's declaration. Motti Elon used his position to repeatedly exploit vulnerable young men to satisfy his homosexual appetites. He deserves no mercy. I remind the reader that the Takanah (foolishly) granted him the opportunity to leave the public stage. Instead of taking advantage of an undeserved opportunity, and spending the rest of his days trying to repent for his actions, Elon returned to his vomit and lapped it up.

Motti Elon is a human virus. Throw him to the wolves, and let him be eaten.

Shlomo Riskin Makes A Retraction: Again!

Shlomo Riskin recently retracted certain statements about "jesus" and x-tianity. Again. This is his second apology in under a year's time, for words that were "misinterpreted." Remember the first time he spoke like a bona fide missionary? The first video featured a smiling Riskin gobbling about how the x-tians are "grafted" onto the Jewish branch, and some other insane ramblings about "resurrecting god." Statements right out of the missionary textbook. Absolute heresy.

His explanations are predictable. The same garbage about how he was taken out of context, and how his full statement was altered. We're supposed to buy that his words were taken out of context? What does he expect from missionaries when he uses the term "rabbi jesus"? (May his bones be ground to dust!) Nothing he says should change anything. Knowing what makes Riskin tick, I say with certainty that he'll do it again in the future.

This is too serious an issue to chalk up to carelessness. Riskin is an educated man who learned under Rav Soloveitchik, with the logical and analytical framework of the Brisker Derech. He knows how halachically problematic his statements are. The only logical explanation there is, is that he's doing it on purpose. He must like the attention he's getting for his radical views that are out of the ballpark of conventional Jewish thought.

So let's give him our undivided attention, those of us committed to the basics of yahadut. Here's an opportunity to show the world "achdus" (unity) in action, by uniting on an issue that should be understood across the Torah divide, from the soup kitchens of the Satmar community to the halls of Yeshiva University. If Riskin can't accept the fundamentals of Judaism which reject x-tianity as an idolatrous weed, then he needs to be vomited out from the Torah committed camp before he contaminates more Jewish souls.

In his latest video, Riskin babbles about his interest in religion in general and x-tianity in particular. Perhaps he should start with some basic history, about those heroic Jews in the times of the Crusades who slaughtered their families and themselves, rather than kiss the cross. Hysterical fathers with tears in their eyes and broken hearts did the unimaginable to protect the Jewish soul, when they placed the sword upon the throats of their loved ones. Such mesirut nefesh (self-sacrifice) epitomizes the only authentic Jewish approach in a time of shmad. Fawning over idolaters is akin to spitting on the Torah and the legacy of these martyrs.

A most grotesque desecration of The Almighty's name was committed by the "Chief Rabbi of Efrat". An abomination which was captured on video (just like the first) and posted on Youtube. Now it's out there on the world wide web. Forever. (As an aside, it really raises some troubling questions about the possibility for proper repentance. I'll save that discussion for another time.)

Shame on you, Shlomo Riskin. Every Torah committed Jew understands that something is wrong here, everyone besides yourself. If you can't act like a Rabbi, why don't you resign from your post and join the Hartman Institute, where you're words won't be misunderstood. I'm sure Duvie will welcome you with open arms.

Rabbi Meir Kahane Memorial- Video and Analysis

This video speaks for itself. Now and then a righteous man rises up among the gentiles. Here's an extraordinary video of a non-Jewish preacher honoring the Torah and Rabbi Meir Kahane (may G-d avenge his blood!) at a recent memorial for the Rav. May he be strengthened and blessed in his mission of truth.

Addendum: "The Jewish Fist" blog is dedicated to perpetuating those core ideas of yahadut that are ignored, distorted, and have become corrupted by Jews. I want the reader to know that I do not consider myself infallible. If I am wrong about something, or upon further contemplation I come to the conclusion that an issue is more complex than I previously expressed in a post, I will always follow-up with a correction, re-assessment, clarification or whatever is necessary. I will surely follow up with any Rabbonim if I require additional input that I may be lacking. This video presented such a situation.

My previous comments about Pastor Manning did not address the question of whether it was even halachically appropriate or permissible for the preacher to speak in front of the synagogue assembly, no matter how well his intentions were. When I first saw the video, I had several fleeting questions in my head. Why was he speaking in a synagogue? Was this proper? I neglected to reflect on them sufficiently. I think that initially I assumed that he was either a former preacher or one whose views departed radically from traditional church theology. In the video, the pastor himself expressed ideas about other practitioners of his faith in a negative light, which may have led me to this premature conclusion. Once the video started, I was more focused on what he said. It was only after reading an article from Ariel Ben Yochanan of "The Torah Revolution" blog and engaging in some back and forth dialogue that I properly reflected on some key points. The following comment to Ariel explains my rationalization for why I originally posted the video:

"I posted this video on my blog. I was impressed to hear a black preacher express sentiments that are a rarity from the gentile community, not to mention the black community which unfortunately has more than it's share of race-baiters and bigots. You raise some excellent points though that should be addressed. I agree that it was halachically problematic to have a preacher speak in the shul. Was he invited or did he ask to speak? Had he proselytized from the pulpit that would have constituted an unimaginable chillul Hashem. From what I saw he did not. I agree that his praise for the Torah doesn't mesh with the fact that he remains a worshiper of the dead Jew. If he follows what he is saying, the only logical path is to become a Bnai Noach. I think that the next time I am in the states I will try to meet with this preacher. If he agrees to meet with me, I will thank him for his support but will point out to him that the only true path for him is to abandon the idolatry of his faith and follow the Laws of Noah.

Nevertheless, I don't believe we should throw this man to the dogs. Clearly he has found some truths. The only question is will he be honest with himself and truly finish his work. The strong Jewish approach is to take the "hirhur tshuvah" that this man may have started and light a fire underneath it. The true Jewish path is to do exactly as he himself said, not apologize for the Torah, but rather state the absolute facts to his face as the Rav himself would have done."

I want to emphasize that my initial reaction was not the result of any personal excitement that most nebbish Jews get when a gentile says some things that are true. Personally, I suffer from no such burning need to be loved or rebuked from well-intended gentiles "telling it like it is" to the Jew.

Upon further contemplation, I decided to watch the video again. I ended up watching it several more times, and I discovered certain things that made me uncomfortable. I want to reiterate that I believe the preacher's intentions were noble. Nevertheless, what I heard and saw seemed to me to be an outright violation of the Torah's prohibition of "engaging" in any form of interfaith dialogue. I understand that it was not a real dialogue, but what it amounted to was some recognition of a "level playing field" between the two faiths, as well as what may be understood as a type of "preaching" from the synagogue pulpit. Here are some examples that concerned me. Pastor Manning noted himself that this was the first time that he was "preaching" in front of a synagogue. I don't believe it was mere semantics. After all, he is a preacher, and his world view and outlook is shaped by his faith regardless of what he states. I am concerned that his speech inadvertently became a forum to articulate ideas through a ch**-ological framework. I cannot get past this very real concern.

Another issue that bothered me was his warm invite to the Jewish attendees of the memorial to visit his church in Harlem, particularly his invite to a Jewish individual (cantor?) attending the memorial who apparently sang two songs which he enjoyed. Clearly, there were no ground rules of "non-reciprocity" and the pastor was obviously unaware that a religious Jew may not enter another faith's house of worship. (Haskel Lookstien aside.) The fact that there were Rabbis present makes it much worse.

Although Pastor Manning only referenced the "Old Testament", it must be stated outright that he is still committed to a faith which the Rambam defines as an idolatrous one. See uncensored version of the Rambam, Hilchot Avodat Kochavim.. (9:4), and his Commentary on the Mishna (Avodah Zarah 1:3). As Ariel points out in the following link, a look at his church's beliefs ( a little research via the web) shows that they have a long to go before rejecting the basic tenets of their faith. In summation, I believe that Pastor Manning should be praised for his support of the Jewish people and the Rav. Nevertheless, upon careful review of the incident, there is no doubt in my mind that it was halachically problematic and very likely a violation of the Torah, for him to speak at the memorial. I am now certain that what transpired was an unintended chillul Hashem. I do not blame him. The organizers dropped the ball on this one. Nevertheless, the pastor has work to do. Despite what some rabbinical pluralistic Hellenists state, his particular faith is not "okay for gentiles" as one often hears. He has an obligation to abandon his worship of the dead Jew and become a Ben Noach.

I am not comfortable with what happened. Gentiles have an obligation to find the Torah truth. To the extent that they are on the path to truth (a truth they may never fully attain), The Almighty alone will judge them. In this case, the reverend should be firmly encouraged to follow the logical conclusion of his arguments and listen to what the Torah really says. Rise up, be courageous, and sanctify The Almighty's name by becoming a leader of the "Sons of Noach". Only then would it be appropriate for him to speak in front of Jews, regarding matters of faith. May the pastor find the truth of yahadut in his lifetime and perpetuate it among his followers.

*On an unrelated note, I didn't make the connection right away that this was the same "Pastor Manning" who made numerous derogatory comments (and hilarious ones, if you ask me) about Barak Hussein Obama (y'mach sh'mo v'zichro) prior to the last election.
