" Thou comest to me with a sword and a spear and a shield, but I come to thee in the name of the L-rd of Hosts, the G-d of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast humiliated..." (I Samuel, 17:45-47)

Netanyahu Motto: "Speak Loudly & Carry A Flaccid Reed."

Hamas fired another rocket on a kibbutz this past Sunday. Then they fired several mortars just to mix things up. Israel responded by blowing up a smuggling tunnel. On Monday, Netanyahu showed his mettle and warned Hamas of harsh reprisals if they continue to fire rockets. So Hamas spat in his face and fired more mortars. So much for his threat to respond with force. They laugh at his warnings as they laugh at all stupid Jews who give warnings. Warnings mean nothing to them. Carpet-bombing them into oblivion so that Gaza burns until shemittah would be so much more effective.

A vote for Netanyahu meant more warnings to the enemy and more dead Jews. A vote for more mutilated Jews who sometimes envy the dead. Jews without legs. Jews without arms. A vote for more kidnappings and the nightmarish reality of what they do to Jews when they capture them. To the reasonable, pragmatic types who voted for Netanyahu, I wish you many sleepless nights. There are no lesser evils in this insane game.

Violence has certainly worked for Islamic jihadis and for their allies in Israel (such as Ehud Barak) who want to make Judea and Samaria Judenrein.
